Rhett is an experienced private markets investor relations professional. Having previously worked as the Head of Investor Relations for Love Ventures, a London based tech-focused Venture Capital, as well as a Senior Investment Consultant for RISE Ventures, he has cultivated a large personal network of institutional and sophisticated investors throughout Europe. He also recently completed his Executive MBA studies at Warwick Business School.

Rhett started his career as an entrepreneur / operator in the states, founding and building the musical instrument brand, Hendrix Drums. Starting the company as a solo founder, he grew it into a globally recognized brand with distribution across 15+ countries, leading to an eventual successful acquisition and exit.

He joined the Dot Investing team in January 2023, where he is responsible for leading investor relations strategy, functions, and business development throughout the UK and Europe. Rhett’s entrepreneurial experience, operational expertise, and private market networks provide a solid foundation supporting the wider investor relations and business development functions at Dot Investing.
